At AZ Dog Sports keeping dogs safe is a big concern.
Dogs can be unpredictable, so maintaining a sense of order is paramount in a dog training facility. This is why we have taken specific steps to ensure that we keep you and your dogs safe when you visit us.
What are some things we do to keep your dog safe so that you have a positive experience at AZ Dog Sports?
- We have an orientation video set up on our website to show you the ins and outs of what to do for your first visit to the gym.
- There are designated potty zones outside the gym to reduce accidents inside the gym.
- A double door entry way provides a barrier between the parking lot and the gym floor to ensure no escapees during classes.
- We have a sliding gate entry and exit onto the gym floor.
- Slip-leads are not allowed to be used on dogs at the gym.
- We provide crates around the gym floor for dogs.
- Our staff is trained to diffuse hostile pet situations.
- There are always two or more professional staff at the gym while a class is taking place.
- Clean up stations are provided at various places around the gym floor to clean up accidents that might happen in class.
- It is our recommendation that you crate or seat-belt your dog in your car for transport to and from class.
As always, we are here to answer any questions you might have regarding your first visit to AZ Dog Sports. We welcome your questions and value your feedback.
